The Mindful Well is a welcoming, monthly meditation gathering where people can explore a variety of mindfulness and meditation practices in a relaxed, supportive space. It’s for anyone curious about meditation, whether you’re totally new or just looking for a quiet place to land once a month. No fancy cushions, no need to be “good” at meditating—just show up, breathe, and see what happens.
Each month features a different mindfulness practice—from breath awareness to walking meditation, sound, or even playful awareness exercises. You might leave feeling calmer, clearer, or just glad you showed up.
Why the name?
Because like a well, you don’t have to dive in deep. Just drop by, take what you need, and go on your way feeling a bit more refreshed.
